Today’s workout was horrible. Phase 2 has already completely annihilated my joints, and I’m in an enormous amount of pain. I’m really depressed and don’t know what to do. T____T

Ho. Ly. Shit. I burned 900 calories with today’s workout.
You thought Phase 1 of Insanity was intense? Just wait until you get to Phase 2; it makes everything else seem like child’s play.
With about 20 minutes left in the workout I hit the point of physical exhaustion, and I could barely get three reps in of anything. I don’t think I’ve ever been so physically exhausted in my entire life.
